Vienna, Va., June 8, 2010 – A-T Solutions Inc., a global industry-leading intelligence and anti- and counterterrorism professional services firm based in the Tysons Corner area of Vienna, Va., has hired Deborah Ricci as chief financial officer and appointed Mike Wise to the new position of executive vice president of mission support solutions.

She has a strong background as a senior financial executive supporting both domestic and international operations. Mike is a former Navy supply corps officer with an extensive background and tremendous experience managing mission support programs and facility operations worldwide. Both individuals will play a critical role working closely with our training, global security, technology and intelligence business units."

Ricci has more than 23 years of experience as a proven financial executive in public and nonpublic manufacturing and product development organizations. Most recently, she served as the chief financial officer for The Allied Defense Group Inc. in Vienna, Va. In this role, she was responsible for all financial management, including financing, SEC reporting, long-term business planning, treasury management and internal control monitoring. Ricci also successfully restructured the company's long-term debt, which launched a turnaround of its operations.

Wise joined A-T Solutions as chief financial officer in 2006. Following his naval service and prior to joining the company, he managed a $500 million portfolio of health care contracts for DaVita Inc., headquartered in Denver, Colo. In his new position, Wise will be responsible for the company's global mission support business unit based in Fredericksburg, Va. Mission support activities include design and development of counter-improvised explosive device tools, training devices, and counterterrorism products manufactured and distributed by A-T Solutions.
