Michael S. Wise is Executive Vice President for A-T Solutions Mission Support Solutions Unit, Inc. of Fredericksburg. He joined the company in June 2006. Prior to joining A-T Solutions, Mr. Wise managed a $500 million portfolio of healthcare contracts for DaVita, Inc., a $2 billion provider of kidney dialysis services. Before joining DaVita, he was General Manager of Fields Roof Service, Inc., a construction services company with 75 employees based in Seattle. Mr. Wise also served on active duty in the United States Navy, retiring in 2001 at the rank of Commander after nearly 21 years of distinguished service. As a Navy Supply Corps Officer, Mr. Wise provided U.S. naval forces with program management, leadership and expertise in contracting, logistics, acquisition and financial management. As Assistant Chief of Staff for EOD Group ONE in San Diego, Mr. Wise developed capital expenditure plans and managed operating budgets for more than 1,000 forward deployed Explosive Ordnance Disposal personnel throughout the Pacific Rim. As Medical Logistics Officer at TRICARE Region Nine in San Diego, Mr. Wise pooled joint-service purchasing requirements and negotiated multi-million dollar service contracts with healthcare vendors. As Navy Exchange Officer in Little Creek, VA, Mr. Wise managed a retail shopping center that generated $45 million in annual revenue and more than $2 million in net profit to support Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) programs for military families.
