As Senior Vice President for HR & Administration for A-T Solutions, Patricia Scott leads the organizations’ human resources strategy and programs, recruiting and talent management, as well as organizational effectiveness initiatives and corporate administration functions.
Scott joined A-T Solutions in February 2011 and has over twenty (20) years of Human Resources and Business experience with in-depth expertise in both government contracting and commercial environments. Expertise includes strong HR Generalist experience, high-volume recruiting and strategic sourcing, workforce planning and resource management, talent management, M&A along with significant integration experience, Outsourcing and Off-shoring, and International HR practices.
Scott has held Global HR Leadership roles supporting major business segments and operations across broad industries including Professional Services, Engineering and Construction, Energy, and IT. A proactive hands-on leader, Scott has worked in fast-paced, high-growth, and proposal-intensive environments involving domestic and international (U.K., India, Middle East, APAC) locations and workforces.
Prior to joining A-T Solutions, Scott served as Senior Vice President and Group HR Director for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). She has held similar leadership roles with major corporations including Bechtel, KBR/Halliburton and Unisys.
Scott has held a number of volunteer leadership positions to include Past Chapter President and Chairperson of the Government Contracting Special Interest Group for the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and District Director of the SHRM Virginia State Council. Also served as Chairperson for a U.K. Pension Plan Trustee Board.
Scott has an M.A. in Human Resources Management from Marymount University and a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), affiliated with SHRM.
