Deborah Ricci is the Chief Financial Officer of A-T Solutions. She joined the company in June of 2010. As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Ricci is responsible for all financial activities, government contract pricing and compliance and information technology. Ms. Ricci has more than twenty years of experience in both foreign and domestic operations which include mid-market defense, technology and manufacturing companies. Prior to joining A-T Solutions, she was Chief Financial Officer of The Allied Defense Group, a $150 million publically traded international defense contractor. Her significant experience includes; development of financial systems, strategic planning, capital and debt restructuring, and SEC reporting and compliance. Ms. Ricci began her professional career at KPMG.
