Mr. McQuillan is the Chief Marketing Officer and leads the International Division. He joined the company in February 2010 and leads all business development, communications, marketing, market research, capture and proposal management, large/small business alliances, public relations, and corporate development to support A-T Solutions financial and global growth plans.
During his 28 years of experience, Mr. McQuillan has held a wide variety of sales and operational leadership roles in both the federal and commercial markets. In the international operations arena, he won awards for his leadership in fiercely competitive markets.
Before joining A-T Solutions, Mr. McQuillan served as President of Leonie Industries, Senior Vice President of Triple Canopy, Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Federal Vice President of AT&T Government Solutions. His extensive sales and operational leadership experience cuts across all federal agencies, including special assignments at the White House, within the Intelligence Community, and in major programs within the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, State, and various civilian agencies.
Mr. McQuillan has led numerous sales and operational teams of nearly 600 people, earning $650 million in revenue. He has extensive experience in program management in support of large federal programs with international operations.
Mr. McQuillan earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Maryland. He is on the executive committee of the Board of Directors with USO Metropolitan Washington and has served as chairman of the organization's annual Stars and Stripes fundraiser since 2003. Mr. McQuillan is also a member of the Board of Directors for Inscribed Media.
