Paul McQuillan,

Mr. McQuillan is the Executive Vice President of Business Development. He joined the company in February 2010. Mr. McQuillan has more than 24 years of sales and operational leadership in both federal and commercial markets to include international operations, providing award-winning leadership in highly competitive markets. Mr. McQuillan oversees all the sales, business development, marketing, market research, capture and proposal management, strategic pricing and alliances to support A-T Solutions financial and global growth plans. Prior to joining A-T Solutions, Mr. McQuillan was President of Leonie Industries, Senior Vice President of Triple Canopy, Managing Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Federal Vice President of AT&T Government Solutions. Mr. McQuillan’s extensive sales and operational leadership experience cuts across all Federal agencies, to include special assignments at the White House and Intelligence Community, and major programs within the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, State Department and Civilian Agencies. Mr. McQuillan has led numerous sales and operational teams upwards of 600 people and $650M in revenue, to include program management experience in support of large federal programs with international operations.
