James Heilman is an Executive Vice President at CoVant. Prior to joining CoVant, Mr. Heilman was a Managing Director at CSP Associates, Inc. where he provided market analysis, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions advisory services to government agencies, corporations, private investors and financial institutions operating in the defense and government technology services markets. Mr. Heilman also served in a wide range of operational and management positions with Ford Aerospace and Communications Corporation, Loral Corporation, and Lockheed Martin Corporation. He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa and a master's degree from American University.
