A-T Solutions has been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in America for the past five consecutive years. With a 3-year growth rate of 413 percent, the company ranked 671 nationwide and was among the top 100 privately held companies within our industry and the Washington, DC metropolitan area, ranking 62 and 59, respectively.
In 2011, Washington Business Journal ranked A-T Solutions as number 14 on its list of the 50 Fastest Growing Companies in the Greater Washington region.
During 2010 and 2011, A-T Solutions organic growth rate exceeded 25 percent, and last year the company launched an international joint venture, ATOM Training, in the United Kingdom.
Since 2007, A-T Solutions has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 48 percent, of which 85 percent is organic growth.
CI Capital and CoVant Acquire A-T Solutions
Our greatest growth has taken place since February 2008, when A-T Solutions was acquired by CI Capital and CoVant, a leading investment firm based in the Washington, DC area and led by former executives of Anteon International. Our expansion was augmented further by three key acquisitions: Accelligence LLC and Trancite Logic Systems in 2009 and Innovative Technology Systems in 2010.
