Each year since our founding in 2002, A-T Solutions has achieved tremendous growth. In fact, A-T Solutions has been recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies in America for the past three consecutive years.
Our greatest growth has taken place since February 2008, when A-T Solutions was acquired by CoVant, a leading investment firm based in the Washington, DC area led by former executives of Anteon International. Our expansion resulted from new business contracts and was augmented further by three key acquisitions: Accelligence LCC and Trancite Logic Systems in 2009 and Innovative Technology Systems in 2010. All three additions have allowed us to offer greater value and a full scope of solutions to current customers while also expanding our reach into new government areas.
Acquisitions
A-T Solutions acquired both Accelligence LLC and Trancite Logic Systems in 2009. Accelligence LLC provides intelligence and mission-focused solutions to organizations throughout the U.S. government and Intelligence Community. Trancite Logic Systems specializes in developing anti-terrorism information technology solutions for federal, state, and local law enforcement organizations. In 2010, A-T Solutions acquired Innovative Technology Systems (ITS). ITS provides high-quality, mission-critical, IT and DoD-integrated solutions to the Intelligence Community and other U.S. government organizations.
Recognition and Awards
A-T Solutions has been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of 5000 fastest growing private companies in America for the past 3 consecutive years. With a 3-year growth rate of 413 percent, the company ranked 671 nationwide and was among the top 100 privately held companies within our industry and the Washington, DC metropolitan area, ranking 62 and 59, respectively.
A-T Solutions was awarded government Contractor of the Year in October 2010 at the 8th Annual Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards™ in the $75-$300 million revenue category. This award was presented in recognition of A-T Solutions support to more than 200 government customers in more than 40 countries with training, intelligence, technology, and mission solutions that protect people, infrastructure, and nations from terrorist threats. A-T Solutions was also ranked as a Future 50 company by Washington Technology magazine.
Also this year, A-T Solutions was presented with the GovStar Star Warfighter Award by SmartCEO magazine. This prestigious award recognized A-T Solutions for our success in providing mission-critical solutions supporting the safety and well-being of individuals who are serving currently or have served in the armed forces.
