In March of 2010, A-T Solutions began a mentorship program with Tier Tech International, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, through the DHS Mentor-Protégé program. The program is designed to improve the performance of DHS contracts and subcontracts, foster the establishment of long-term business relationships between DHS large prime contractors and small business subcontractors, and strengthen subcontracting opportunities and accomplishments at DHS.
A-T Solutions is a former service-disabled veteran-owned small business, and through this mentorship program, the company is able to assist and guide Tier Tech International through the process of building its own business development, human resources, quality control, marketing, and financial management. The program is 3 years, and A-T Solutions has already helped Tier Tech International win two major DHS contracts.
